Cancellation and Refund Policy

Chr Services believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2-3 days of placing the order. However, cancellations may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be offered if the product quality is proven to be unsatisfactory by the customer.
- In case of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2-3 days of receiving the product. The merchant will inspect the item, and only then a replacement/refund may be processed.
- If you feel the received product does not match the website display or your expectations, notify our Customer Service within 2-3 days. After review, an appropriate action will be taken.
- Products with manufacturer warranties should be referred to the respective manufacturer in case of complaints.
In case of any refunds approved by Chr Services, the refund process will be initiated within 3-4 business days to the customer's original payment method.
